# Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by Elite Pressure Washing Raleigh ("we", "us", or "our") and any work performed at your property in connection with house washing, roof cleaning, commercial pressure washing, concrete cleaning, gutter cleaning, and window cleaning.

## Services

We provide soft wash and pressure washing services across the NC Triangle, including:

-   House washing (soft wash for siding, brick, stucco, HardiePlank)
-   Soft wash roof cleaning
-   Commercial pressure washing
-   Concrete and driveway cleaning
-   Gutter cleaning
-   Exterior window cleaning

## Estimates and Pricing

All estimates are provided in writing after an on-property walk. Pricing reflects the scope walked at that visit. Material changes to scope (additional surfaces, severe staining not visible at the walk) may require a revised quote.

Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing. Commercial contracts typically run on net-30 terms.

## Scheduling and Cancellation

We schedule work based on weather and crew availability. We may reschedule due to weather without charge. Customer cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled visit may incur a $50 rescheduling fee.

## Customer Responsibilities

-   Move outdoor furniture, plants, and personal items away from the wash zone
-   Close all exterior windows and check storm windows are seated
-   Keep pets indoors during the visit and until exterior surfaces dry
-   Provide access to outdoor water (we use it) and electrical outlets if needed
-   Disclose known pre-existing damage, sensitive plantings, or special considerations

## Insurance and Liability

We carry $2M+ general liability insurance and provide Certificate of Insurance on request. Workmanship is guaranteed against defects in cleaning method. We are not responsible for:

-   Pre-existing damage to siding, roofing, windows, or structures
-   Damage caused by failed seals, aged caulking, or compromised glazing that was not visible at the property walk
-   Plant stress that occurs despite the documented pre-rinse and protection protocol
-   Items left in the wash zone that the customer was asked to move

Liability for any covered damage is limited to the cost of the service performed, or repair of the specific item damaged, at our discretion.

## Workmanship Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the quality of our work, contact us within 7 days of completion. We will return to address any reasonable concerns at no additional charge.

## Photography and Marketing

We may take before/after photos for portfolio and marketing use. We will not display photos that identify your home or business without your consent.

## Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any disputes will be resolved in Wake County, NC.
